The USS Los Angeles, built by the Zeppelin factory in Germany, flying above downtown Detroit (likely in 1926).
The LZ-126 was given to the United States government as part of a reparations agreement, following the World War I and was re-designated as the ZR-3.  The U.S. Navy airship had a length of 696 feet and a range of 5400 nautical miles.
